Mrs. Markely is CFO and Managing Director at NRV, where she assesses prospective investment due diligence, evaluates & negotiates investment deal terms, serves on portfolio company boards, and engages with company CEOs to provide a variety of growth and financial consulting services. Mrs. Markely serves as an Adjunct Professor teaching “Private Equity & Venture Capital” at the College of William & Mary, and volunteers in a variety of non-profit board work.
Mr. McDonald is a Co-Founder of Market Concepts, LLC (mConcepts), an investment advisory company with offices in Central Virginia and the San Francisco Bay Area. mConcepts is an alternative investment management group, providing individual clients and small businesses with advisory services in traditional and emerging asset classes.
Mr. Wilson is a Managing Director at Siguler Guff and is actively involved in manager selection, due diligence and direct investing for the Firm’s Small Buyout Opportunities Funds. He is a member of the Investment Committee and is active as an Advisory Board member of underlying funds, as well as a Board Member or Board Observer to numerous portfolio companies.
